In our house, we have 2 rooms and 1 bathroom available in the basement. There are windows & plenty of sunlight. There is also a private entrance & parking. Amenities include: Full Bed XXL bathroom + shower Free Wi-Fi/Internet Underfloor heating Simple kitchen with: Oven, fridge, stove Dining table + chairs Corner sofa Dishes, cutlery, pot, etc. Optional air mattress The exterior staircase leads to the apartment. The apartment is still under construction. Kitchen will be replaced soon, etc. Children and small pets are possible by arrangement.
