This house boasts lots of space for the perfect mountain getaway with a large basement/entertaining area with bar, a bonus room that can serve as an extra bedroom/living room plus office and a bright studio apartment with its own entrance, full kitchen and bathroom. The back yard is fenced for large* dogs. 2-car garage. Guests will have full private access to the entire property including the main house, the studio apartment above the garage, and the entire yard. There is a fenced in back yard space with a gazebo (we say that the back yard is "big dog" fenced, meaning there are some areas smaller dogs would be able to get out). The house is on ~ 15 private acres that are predominantly wooded and situated behind the house backing up to National Forest making this a wonderful mountain getaway. The large private front yard (including the small white "cabin" - inaccessible to guests), has beautiful mountain views and a view of the top of Loon on a clear day, spans to Rt 112 and Mountainside Rd. Guests have access to covered parking for 2 vehicles during their stay in a detached garage. Other things to note Well-behaved dogs are welcome if added to the reservation during booking for a flat fee of $100/stay. MAX, 2 dogs.
