The property is in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors like it that way. Loud noise after 9 PM will result in complaints to law enforcement and AirBNB. Smoking is not allowed ANYWHERE on the property. This is not the place for loud parties. The home has an outdoor sound system for guests to use. Bringing your own stereo or DJ equipment is not allowed. The house will come with s soap, shampoo and conditioner in every shower. Laundry detergent for two loads. The fee to heat the pool to 80 degrees is $50 per day from June 1 to September 15, and $90 per day from September 16 to May 31. There is no fee to heat the spa.
