Frequent garden visitors include monkeys and sloth 🦥 The space The villa features a large, open studio layout with three full size beds, a private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, and two high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi networks. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spacious covered patios with seating, a hammock, ceiling fan, outdoor shower, and in-room safe. The property is private and secure, with an electric security gate at entrance. Villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with private river access to the pristine Rio Claro, where you can relax in natural pools or float down to the surf. Guest access Entire unit is for guests. There is also access to large tropical gardens and private river trail. Other things to note There are many activities available around town. Including massage, yoga, surf lessons, bike or quad rentals, horseback riding, jungle hikes etc. We normally have some used surfboards, boogie boards and innertubes on property available for guests. We include laundry service for free for our airbnb guests. Guests that book for longer than seven nices, we include a once-a-week cleaning service if desired.
