This newly built penthouse is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area of Fürth. Within walking distance there are nice restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. With only a 15 minutes drive to the heart of Fürth and 20 min drive to the airport, makes it a perfect choice for your vacation. The space This apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as a spacious terrace with a view over Fürth. Guests can also enjoy morning walks or a cup of coffee in a nice park which is within 5 min walking distance from the appartment. Apartment is located on the top floor, providing you with a complete privacy during your stay. Don't worry, you don't have to carry your luggage to the top, you can simply use the elevator ;-) You can also enjoy free Wi-Fi and if you are arriving with a car we have a public parking in front of the house, free of charge. Guest access We have a personal check-in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., so it would be great if you let us know your approximate arrival time. If you would like to arrive later or earlier, we can make an exception after consultation if possible. Other things to note The accommodation is very easy to reach by public transport, but also by car as there are free public parking spaces in front of the house. The airport can be reached in 25 minutes by car, the trade fair takes 30 minutes by subway and the nearest subway station from the apartment is a 10-minute walk away. It takes 15 minutes on foot to get to the center of Fürth and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Nuremberg by subway.
