The second floor is a real highlight: two loft bedrooms have been fully refurbished with skylights, partitions, and new flooring, making them bright and cozy. The second-floor bathroom has been updated with a modern shower and a partition, so you can access the loft bedrooms comfortably and privately. The villa has three levels: Ground floor: Large bedroom with a fireplace and French four-poster bed, living room, American kitchen, and a terrace with dining table and umbrella—perfect for outdoor meals. Second floor: Master bedroom plus the two refurbished loft bedrooms, and a renovated bathroom with shower. Third floor: Completely independent space with kitchenette, bathroom, and washing machine; big windows overlooking the garden. Outside, enjoy a 365㎡ garden with fruit trees, a BBQ area, a large dining table, and a children’s swing—ideal for relaxing, playing, and gathering with family or friends. Guest access The entire space on the first, second and third floors is open, including the kitchen and balcony garden, 4 bedrooms, a total of 9 beds, one bedroom on each floor, and a bathroom with WC. The fourth bedroom needs to pass through the bathroom on the second floor, in the L-shaped attic on the second floor. The toilet on the first floor is independent, and only the laundry room is open on the ground floor.
