Spacious, bright and cozy apartment on the ground floor/1st floor, attached to a detached house. The location is central on the mainland overlooking Tromsøya, Fjellheisen and nature in the immediate vicinity. It is about 5 km to Tromsø city center. Peaceful and family friendly neighborhood. There are great opportunities for the northern lights in the winter months, while in the summer months (approx. end of May to the end of July) you can be fascinated by the midnight sun from the apartment. Walking distance to grocery store (approx. 10 min) and mountain and nature areas. The space Apartment of 55m2 with private entrance, hallway, two bedrooms, one walk-in closet, living room, kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other with a pull-out double bed. Living room with sofa and TV. Wi-Fi. Dining area with up to 4 people in the kitchen, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle and kitchen utensils and cutlery for 4 people. Bathroom with shower, toilet, cabinet and washing machine. There may be deviations/changes from the pictures in the furnishing. Good bus connections with bus stop approx. 400m from the apartment, the nearest bus stop is called "Siriusvegen sør". Here you can take route 24 which takes you to both the Arctic Cathedral and Tromsø city center (about 10-15 min). The mountain lift is located about 12-15 min walk from the Arctic Cathedral. There is also a direct bus to/from the airport, UNN and UiT. Otherwise, it is about 10 minutes by bus to Tromsø Alpinpark. Available parking for 1 car (no larger than a station wagon) outside the apartment. Electric car charger also available. When booking the apartment, please inform us if you will have a car during the period. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment for themselves. Can also use the small terrace outside the apartment. Other things to note We live on the upper floor with three small children, so some sounds/noise occur. The apartment has no stairs indoors, but there are 5 steps outdoors. Iron and ironing board available upon request. Travel crib and high chair can be provided upon request
