The location is central on the mainland with views to Tromsøya, Fjellheisen and nature in the immediate vicinity. It is about 5 km to Tromsø city centre. Peaceful and family friendly neighbourhood. There are good opportunities for northern lights during the winter months, while in the summer months (about end May to end July) you can be fascinated by the midnight sun from the apartment. Walking distance to grocery store (approx. 10 min) and mountain and nature areas. The space Apartment of 55m2 with separate entrance, entrance, 2 bedrooms, one walk-in closet, living room, kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom has double bed, second with pull-out double bed. Living room with sofa and TV. Wi-Fi Dining area with up to 4 people in kitchen, kitchen is equipped dishwasher, kettle and kitchen utensils and coverings for 4 people. Bathroom with shower, toilet, closet and washing machine. There may be deviations/changes from the photos in the furniture. Good bus connections with bus stops about 400m from the apartment, the nearest bus stop is called "Siriusvegen south". Here you can take route 24 which takes you to both the Arctic cathedral and the center of Tromsø (about 10-15 min) The mountain lift is about 12-15 min walk from the Arctic Cathedral. There is also a direct bus to/from the airport, unn and UiT. Otherwise, it's about 10 minutes by bus to Tromsø Alpinpark. Available parking for 1 car (not bigger than station wagon) outside the apartment. Electric car charger also available. Please inform when booking the apartment if you are going to have a car during the period. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment for themselves. Can also use the small terrace outside the apartment. Other things to note We live upstairs with 2 small children so noises during day hours do occur. The apartment has no stairs indoors, but there are 5 steps outdoors. Iron and ironing board available on request. Travel crib and high chair can be provided upon request
