Guest access entire guest house, backyard and pool, laundry is in the garage, plenty of off street parking. Other things to note -Airbnb collects mandatory taxes for state of Florida, Pinellas County ,and Pinellas tourist tax and airbnb charge the service fees, both calculated on your total stay at the time of payment. -Beach Stuffs are in the landry for your use on the beach( if you use these,please make sure you clean it the sand off of them before put back again) -Kayak rentals are available along the beach,John's pass has rentals closely. -Free Beach transit (runs on tips) with a stop right on the corner . very convenient if you don't want to drive or walk *Pets welcome, small to medium dogs only. now all you have you have to do is enjoy your stay.
