The space Hodnett Cooper is proud to present this charming cottage is located in the well desired Coast Cottages community of St. Simons Island. A single street lined with picturesque beach cottages ends with oceanfront community pool, pavilion and boardwalk directly to the beach. The Coast Cottage community provides a quaint, charming atmosphere for your beach vacation. The community features an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages. Shell Bar is located at 26 Coast Cottage Lane and features three bedrooms each with a private bath and TV, an elevator that accesses all floors and an amazing balcony to provide all the ocean breeze and spectacular views you could dream of! Located on the first floor, the master bedroom features a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, also on the first floor are each fitted with a queen size bed. Making this home great for couples. The second level has an open floor, great for plan for gathering with the kitchen, living area and dining table. A half bath and laundry facility is located on this level as well. The large back deck is accessible from this level as well facing the Coast Guard Station. Shell Bar has everything you need to get away, relax and create wonderful memories and is located just steps from the community oceanside pools, pavilion and beach boardwalk. Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home. Parking for this cottage is limited to 2 spaces. This policy is not flexible and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces. The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day.
