The Cozy Haven Curaçao

Experience tranquility in our home at a peaceful residential resort in Santa Rosa. This adorable home boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with hot water, covered terrace and private backyard. A 12-minute drive away from the beaches, and with KFC, Subway, gas station and other amenities nearby. Mangusa Hypermarket is only 4 min away. Equipped for your comfort, whether you want to relax by the pool, chill on the porch, or read a book on the couch, it's the perfect place for a memorable stay. The space The house is about 70 m2 and is fully furnished based on an occupation of 2 – 4 people. Even though it is ground floor house, it has 2 steps in the front towards the porch. Around back, which is accessible from the front, has no steps. The house has a modernly furnished, it has a cozy living room, open kitchen concept, dining space, 2 bedrooms – one with an ensuite bathroom, a bathroom, all modernly furnished. The living room and the bedrooms have separate air-conditioners and there is also a fan/ventilator. The porch has sunny mornings, but also provides nice shade since it’s also covered. The bedrooms come with a king size bed in the master bedroom with the ensuite and a queen size bed and towels for the guests. The beds come with linen. In the 2nd room you will find an ironing board and the iron is in the closet. The bathrooms come with added water heaters; you can adjust them to your liking of hotness. The kitchen comes with a gas stove and oven, fridge, coffee maker, rice cooker, sandwich maker and kitchen utensils like pots and pans, glassware and plates, cutlery, and a water kettle. Brooms to sweep and material to mop can be found behind the kitchen. The backyard is very sunny and comes with a table and chairs. Guest access Access to the house is through a gate with a security code. The hostess will let you in the first time and then provide you with a personal code. The hostess will provide you with full access to the house and will show you the premises. There are also a community pool, BBQ and picknick table where you can enjoy a good meal or just sit, chill, and relax. Other things to note - Tap water in Curaçao is safe to drink. It is distilled directly from the sea and tastes exceptionally good. - Electricity is 110V/50 cycles slots. A few adapters are available to use while visiting the house. Please leave them for the next guests. - Electricity works conform a prepaid system which is common in Curaçao, where you pay upfront through a card system called pagatinu. The hostess will discuss the details with you. - Sitter is available, both during the day and at night. - Car service needed, feel free to ask. We have multiple rental options available.
