The living room, dining room, kitchenette, and TV room share a large space with a fireplace in use (the TV in the living room is a 55-inch Smart TV). This Smart TV has the DirectvGo App. ENTEL WIFI available throughout the house: 2 routers located in strategic locations (PLEASE DO NOT MOVE). It has a small music system. Basic kitchen utensils: gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, blender, small breakfast bar with wooden stools, kitchenware. We added paper towels, sponge, dishwasher. Master bedroom with built-in bath with rapiducha Electric brand SOLE, small hairdryer. Plus Smart TV. The house has another large bathroom complete with a SOLE electric shower. Both bathrooms remodeled with porcelain veneer (additional ph and trash bags for the bucket). The second bedroom has a 32-inch Smart TV, a queen-size bunk bed and a double bed (platform) with comfortable spring mattresses (not foam) The other 2 bedrooms have conventional TVs with DirecTV cable (one of them 55). All mattresses have white cloth liners which are disinfected after each stay with bleach and 100% natural products. A small washing area was enabled in the distribution patio (cement washing machine/wash, broom, bucket, mop and wooden awning). On the second floor, a rustic environment has been set up, clad in white ceramic with a charcoal grill (grill tools), sink, porcelain work table, bamboo sun and shade structure, a large bamboo piece of furniture with cushions, a cement bench with cushions, light, round wooden table with 5 folding wooden chairs to appreciate the sunset or have a family dinner. Cars park outside without difficulty as a wide cement lane was enabled. Guests will have a small umbrella that they can take to the seaside. Safe area. Only previously identified owners or guests enter the garage. Each car of the non-owners in the summer season must make a payment of 10 soles and will have the right to enter on the days that it remains. Guest access Most of the owners of the Malecón park their vehicles in front of their houses without any major problem until today, however a wide sidewalk has been enabled attached to the property for the comfort of the guests. Other things to note The beach is almost exclusively for owners, so it is not very crowded.
