Sørlandshus with large garden, terrace and heated swimming pool May-September. The house has five bedrooms, with a total of 11 beds. Extra mattresses can be laid out, to accommodate more if desired. Travel bed available. Master bath has double tub and rainfall shower. Laundry room with shower and toilet as well. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking, with dining area for 10 + 12. Due to allergies, pets are not allowed. Also not rented out to groups of friends who organize parties. The space The house has spacious space, spread over 3 floors. The garden is located in zones around the house, with the lawn and fire pit behind a peaceful hedge. The back garden consists of large terrace areas, with a pool and a barbecue. The pool is about 30 degrees. Dining furniture and outdoor sofa, as well as sun loungers. Paradise in the summer! Parking in three places, 4-5 cars. Electric car charger. About 1.5 km to walk to the city center, 600 meters to grocery store, and 1 km to the nearest beach. Included in the rent you get bed sets for everyone, towels, cleaning and free use of electric car chargers. Guest access The entire house, except for the office that is locked with personal belongings.
