Featuring a king sized bed, beautiful linen, mid century, antique and international furnishings, as well as the best appliances. Yes coffee lovers, there's a REAL machine! The space Your main stay is upstairs but there's a bbq chill out area under the deck, and a laundry/small garage downstairs (suitable for small cars only - please advise if needed and an automatic garage controller can be supplied). Also downstairs is an additional bedroom with ensuite. This is listed separately on Airbnb but can be made available by special request, for a special price. See "Beachy beautiful artistic studio". Otherwise, it is not often booked to others during your stay. Exclusive use of the property is the norm but you will be notified if not. Shared laundry would be the main difference. Guest access There's one small locked room for the cleaner and a locked wardrobe in your bedroom. Other than that you have access to the whole top floor. Other things to note I offer you plenty of basics such as organic olive oil, coffee beans and more! Fresh milk, cereals, fresh/frozen sourdough bread, etc can be supplied on request. Some dietary options can be catered for, just ask. Use what you need and feel free to leave extras for the next guests. We love our revolving pantry! Advise if anything needs replacing/ adding, by making suggestions privately. I have just included a small SMART TV to use with free to air digital channels, or log in to your own Netflix type accounts. There's also a near new, regularly serviced, ladies Giant bicycle and small helmut for your riding pleasure. Keep locked at all times, even when under the house.
