Perugia 50km away, Orvieto 25km, Montepulciano 40km the staff is always available for info and will be happy to host you. The space The accommodation has a private entrance and the entire outdoor area is fenced. The interior spaces are well cared for and completely renovated while maintaining the typical rustic style that distinguishes the house. The pool is available for guests' disposal from June and September at the times indicated. Guest access Independent access to the house via private white road. The surrounding perimeter is fenced with a gate managed independently by guests, who will be able to park immediately near the house in total comfort and safety. Access to fenced pool area at times indicated. Children can access it but must be accessed with parental supervision. At the time of check-in, a security deposit of €200 will be required, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage. Other things to note The accommodation is located in Umbria in the municipality of Ficulle, a few kilometers from the Fabro motorway exit. We found that Google Maps does not correctly detect our location, and despite the numerous reports it has not yet updated the incorrect location with the correct one. At check-in, a €200 security deposit will be requested, which will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage is found.
