You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. LOCATION! Less than 10 minutes to US 22, plenty of grocery stores and shopping. Covered outside parking, spacious covered patio, a back deck and yard to enjoy. Inside boasts all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. Access to washer/dryer (lower level). The space Large open living area, spacious kitchen and dining. Fully furnished and supplied linens for full bed, queen bed and king bed. Either smart tv’s or fire stick in living room and all 3 bedrooms. Kitchen provides everything you will need for your stay- regular drip coffee pot, cooking pans, toaster, pots, etc. Upstairs Bathroom provides full tub and shower with towels for up to 6. Lower level provides an additional bathroom with standup shower, toilet and sink. Washer and dryer are in unit and located in the lower level, as well. We do provide basic starter supplies of coffee, powdered creamer, sugar, dish soap and sponge, hand soap, body soap, makeup remover wipes, a few rolls of toilet paper, box of tissues and one roll of paper towels. We do provide 2 kitchen towels. Please note that we live in an area of 4 seasons so during winter months the patio furniture and umbrellas may be in storage. Guest access Keyless entry. You will have access to the entire upstairs living quarters, as pictured (living, kitchen, dining, 3 bedrooms, one bath). The lower level boasts the laundry facilities and an additional bathroom with stand-up shower, toilet and sink for your use. Other things to note ~Feel free to reach out if you would like to book and bring a pet or 2 (2 limit)! We just have a few questions and concerns as our dog roams the yard freely, but we are always willing to accommodate (a pet fee will apply)! ~Owner’s dog roams the yard and may often visit. He is very sweet and friendly but please know he will be walking your grounds/area. He is 14 years old, hard of hearing and cannot see well. Please, be kind to him and let us know at any time if he needs to leave! ~One level living. However, please note that the laundry facility and second bathroom are located in the lower level so you must go down stairs to access.
