If you see a wild animal, please refrain from approaching it or yelling or otherwise provoking it. Although we carefully check the rooms at the time of each cleaning and take regular measures to eliminate and prevent insects, unfortunately we are unable to completely prevent insect infestation. We hope you will understand that this is only possible in a location with abundant greenery. If you are not comfortable with insects, we recommend that you refrain from using the facility.
