Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and backyard. Other things to note We have limited parking on our driveway that fits 4 cars or a trailer with 2 cars on our driveway. Our street does not allow street parking or you will get a ticket fine by the city. We provide bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper, as well as some cleaning supplies, such as garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher tablets/soap. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay. We have a strict no-party policy and do not allow large events or gatherings of more than 14 people at the house. We have quiet hours at night to respect our neighbors. As long as you don't make a lot of noise and disturb our neighbors, we won't have issues. If you break our party or noise policy, we have the right to cancel the reservation and fine you for breaking our rules. Smoking is only allowed on the front porch or backyard. No smoking in the house or there will be a $500 fee. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. The pool is not heated. The pool has enclosure to keep inspects away. Swimming Pool Disclosure and Safety Rules: No Lifeguard on Duty: Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty at any time. All guests and visitors use the swimming pool at their own risk. Supervision for Minors: Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using or being near the swimming pool. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children do not access the pool unsupervised. The pool enclosure can be opened by children, and we are not responsible if children access the pool without adult supervision. No Diving: The pool is not designed for diving. Serious injury can occur from diving. Always enter the pool feet first. Intoxication: Avoid using the pool while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications. Safety Equipment: Familiarize yourself with the location of pool safety equipment upon arrival. Hold Harmless: By booking this property and using the swimming pool, guests agree to hold the property owner and manager harmless from any injury or harm caused by the use of the pool or access to the pool area. We have 3 security cameras all total: ✔ 2 Ring Floodlight Camera in the front of the house ✔ 1 Ring Doorbell at the front door This is for security purposes and to keep track of our cleaning, occupancy, and maintenance services. The cameras record 24/7 with video and audio through motion movements. Our maintenance team services the pool and lawn each week. You don't need to have any communication with them during your stay.
