Other things to note In a wonderful location close to the beach and central location, the residence "Capitello" welcomes you in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The pretty building was built in 2013 and blends harmoniously into the ensemble of the historic spa villas along Putbuser Straße, the district that is considered the oldest in Binz. The spa park, the bustling center and the car-free beach promenade are just as easy to walk to as the beautiful hiking and cycling trails through the nearby Granitz. In addition to the great location, an in-house communal sauna, free parking, covered bicycle storage and a utility room with washing machine and dryer are among the amenities of a holiday in the "Capitello" residence. An elevator is also available. Apartment 01 on the ground floor of the "Capitello" residence is a light-flooded and very lovingly furnished 2-room apartment with 50 square meters of living space. As a modern temporary home, it welcomes you largely barrier-free, including the extra-wide, wheelchair-friendly parking space behind the house. There is also a charging facility for your electric car. The spacious living and dining room with integrated kitchen is cleverly divided into the various functional areas. Floor-deep windows, pleasant colors, chic decorations and the modern upholstered corner group (with sleeping function for two people) immediately convey a feeling of well-being. For media entertainment, a 55-inch smart TV, a table radio and of course free Wi-Fi are available. The fully equipped kitchen convinces with a ceramic stove incl. Exhaust hood, an upright oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and coffee machine, a Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc. The dining table offers four people space to dine together. By the way, the nearest bakery for fresh breakfast rolls is only about 350 meters away. In the separate bedroom with a large wardrobe and additional TV, an exclusive box spring bed with a comfort height of 55 cm and an additional armchair with a sleeping function for one person promise sweet dreams. Allergy-friendly mattresses, duvets and pillows ensure the best sleeping comfort. The bathroom of your vacation home has underfloor heating, a walk-in and extra-wide shower (88 cm), a toilet, a towel warmer and an illuminated washbasin with a cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. A charging facility for e-cars 230 V/3.6 KW (35.00 euros per week fee) is available at the car parking space for use. The socket is activated via a remote control for 10 hours.
