Less than an hour's scenic drive from Belfast, from the Annex, walk the coast to Kearney and Knockinelder beach for a swim with the visiting seals and curlews. Cycle the Ballyquintin route or try the nearby golf courses. Drive to Portaferrry to eat or get the ferry to Strangford. A place to relax (or work remotely) and explore stunning Strangford Lough and the rest of lovely County Down. Tourist Board Certified. The space A stylish, self-contained annex: a large airy studio with a mid-century feel and a wood burner for cosy evenings, a separate well equipped kitchen, dining space and bathroom. Annexed to my renovated and extended traditional cottage with local stonework. Plenty of space if you are working remotely too. Guest access All on one level the Annex has no step access and parking. There's lots of outdoor space too for your private use with a corner of the garden with a fire brazier. Key safe for self access. Other things to note Ample parking, sole access to large garden with garden chairs for sitting out on the lawn. Garden games available: badminton, boules and croquet. Indoor games also available.
