Our home offers shared common areas where you can relax in the living room and make use of the fully equipped kitchen. Our space provides easy access to local attractions and amenities. Guest access While you enjoy the privacy of your room, please note that there are shared common areas, including a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and inviting living spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home! During your stay We'll use the AirBnB messaging feature for seamless communication! Other things to note Please note that our property is a SHARED SPACE, which means there may be other guests staying in the house during your visit. You'll have a private room, but common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with others. Keep your room key on you at all times! If you lose the key or forget to return it, there is a $50 fee for getting a replacement key! This room is on the 3rd floor of our home. Our home is located on a cobblestone road. Depending on which way you arrive at our home, one street has a steep hill, the other ways to arrive don't have a steep hill. On our street, there is one house that the city is in the process of either selling or tearing down as it has not been recently occupied. This is for guests to know in the event the tear down may occur on our street during their stay. We unfortunately do not allow children or infants in our home because it is a shared space and other guests use the home. A cleaning fee of $100 per month applies to all guests staying one month or longer to ensure the common areas are kept clean and comfortable throughout your stay.
