Lovely flat with an ancient vaulted ceiling on the ground floor of a former summer residence of a noble Venetian family with swimming pool, 5 minutes from the village of Sansepolcro. The ground-floor flat with its bedroom, a bathroom with full sanitary facilities and shower box and an intimate living room with kitchen is ready to accommodate you. Throughout your stay you will have the use of the swimming pool, Jacuzzi parking spaces, football, volleyball and bowls courts. The space La Volta is a lovely ground floor flat featuring a 15th ('400) century 'vaulted' ceiling. The flat is on the ground floor of an agritourism with a swimming pool, jacuzzi football pitch, bowling green, playground and much more. The flat consists of a very generous entrance hall, a living room-kitchen with dishes, plates, cups, dining table, electric oven and everything you need to cook and have a good breakfast. In the sleeping area there is the bathroom with full sanitary facilities, shower and complimentary Welcome-kit. Finally, in the main bedroom there is a comfortable double bed and a single bed, complete with bed linen. You will find in the kitchen, included in the price, a basket with rusks, milk, coffee, jam, croissants, biscuits, sugar and tea (all packaged). Bed linen and towels are included in the price, and are of excellent workmanship and finely selected.
