Inside, the bright open-plan living space is designed for relaxing and socialising. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, under-counter fridge with freezer compartment, and all the essentials for cooking at home. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four or a morning coffee at the breakfast bar. A cafetiere and selection of spices are also provided. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, ideal for longer stays, alongside a convenient downstairs WC. Other things to note For stays longer than 14 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required to maintain the property to a high standard. This service includes general cleaning, fresh linens, and towel replacement, and an additional fee will apply of £90. We will contact guests in advance to arrange a convenient time. Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional hourly charge. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog per stay.
