You’ll find hammocks and a spacious balcony with a panoramic ocean view, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, or capturing stunning photos during your stay. Other things to note Before booking Refugio en el Mar, please keep the following in mind: • The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family home, so we kindly ask for respect and quiet. • The common areas (hammocks and ocean-view balcony) are located on the third floor and are shared. • We offer fiber optic wifi, but since we’re right by the ocean, brief outages may occur during storms. • There’s no air conditioning, but the space is naturally fresh and well-ventilated. • The kitchen is fully equipped, and we kindly ask you to clean up after use. • Smoking is not allowed indoors. • Extra services such as transport, cleaning, or breakfast are available at an additional cost (please inquire in advance). • We’re close to beaches, restaurants, and shops, but having a car or arranging transportation is recommended for easier mobility.
