This cozy bear-themed home with gorgeous views of the Wasatch mountains is in trendy Sugarhouse on a golf course. The 3 bdrm home has charm and space to spread out, relax or play in the game room. The home is perfectly located off of I-80, minutes to downtown SLC, the Airport, and 25 min from Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Our home is a walk away from shops, parks, and a short drive to the zoo, Planetarium, the Olympic village and many historical sites. The space Plenty of space available to spread out and enjoy yourself while only moments away from so much to see! The house is on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood. You are so close to anything and everything you want to do…ski, see sites, hike the mountains, drive to BYU, Univ of Utah, Zoo, museums, historical sites and so much more! Our home has 3 bedrooms and should you need extra space we also have a pull out couch upstairs and downstairs. The best part (besides the location) is the views from the kitchen table. The house is newly remodeled and nicely decorated with various local themes. It has everything you need in the kitchen for cooking...but if not...there are at least 30 restaurants right around the corner for you to enjoy. Furniture is comfortable with all new mattresses, bedding, pillows, Ethan Allen couches for comfort, lots of light in each of the rooms, and tastefully decorated with a hint of local decor to enjoy. Downstairs we have a fun game room with an arcade machine with over 50 games, a sturdy foosball table and full size air hockey table, with a mini fridge with snacks and drinks for you to enjoy....it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself as well as the garage and backyard. You will have your own private code for the time that you are there. Other things to note If you need a baby seat or pack and play we have one available upon request. We also have a washer and dryer and provide some soap pods for you. We have a fenced in yard and make exceptions for service dogs. There would be a fee as we need to shampoo in between guests.
