Upon request, an air mattress for the living room and pack and play can be provided. The newly renovated bathroom with full walk-in shower is conveniently located just outside the bedrooms. Guests have exclusive access to outdoor seating areas, and apartment. No smoking is permitted inside the apartment or outdoors on property. Please note that guests must climb stairs to access the unit, as the apartment is located above the street level. In addition, owner and family reside upstairs in a completely separate unit. However, there may be some upstairs noise mainly in the morning and afternoon. Guest access Contactless access to the apartment will be arranged via a front door code prior to check-in.
