There is grocery, restaurants and liquor stores a short distance away. The space Cozy condo centrally located, 5 minutes drive to the beach. The pool is available for adult use. Please follow the rules posted. Guest access The entire unit is available for your use. Please do not try to open the close that is locked. Access to the building: There is a lockbox with the automatic gate remote on the fence. When you arrive at the gate look left, you will see a Palm Club sign, there is a fence to the left of the sign, the lock box is there. Please shuffle the code to random numbers after using the lock box. Please return the remote to the lock box. Please secure the remote there is a $150 replacement cost of the remote/key is lost. Other things to note Children are not allowed in the pool.
