Located on a quiet and wooded cul-de-sac, although in the heart of the city, this rustic and ventilated house comfortably accommodates up to six guests! There are two bedrooms (one en-suite), two bathrooms, a large living room integrated with the kitchen, a balcony with a hammock and a barbecue. We have a beautiful and flowery garden, where the birds sing in the morning, and an outdoor shower. We have fast Wi-Fi, exclusive to the house. Perequê beach is 500 meters away. The space Our bungalow is spacious, airy, with a garden, fully integrated with nature. There are two bedrooms with open, closet-type wardrobes. The first is a suite with a double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds, and two more auxiliary beds. There are two bathrooms with showers and stalls. The living room is spacious, with TV (Sky available) and fireplace. And a kitchen with a pantry, in an integrated space. We have a refrigerator, freezer and microwave, as well as all the necessary utensils for preparing a meal. We have ceiling fans in all rooms and screens on the windows. We have 150 mega Wi-Fi available, exclusive to the property. We offer a complete set of bed, table and bath linens. Guest access The guest has access to the entire property, which is unique on the grounds, all fenced, with room to park up to two vehicles.
