The unit is attached to main house with separate entrance. The sliding door attached to the main house is locked and boarded up with foam boards and sound deadening materials for sound privacy. There is comfortable queen bed but air mattress (upon request) and futon could be set up for additional head-counts, easily for a small family of 4. Newly built bathroom with shower and smart TV with sound bar + subwoofer. Brand new kitchen with refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, and Keurig. Fiber (300mbps) WiFi /Ethernet available. It is central heated and portable space heater / fan will be provided as well. Security cam without audio recording on the exterior of the studio. And fire extinguisher placed beside the fireplace/entrance door. Spacious backyard for active pets and a great park to enjoy strolls or exercise just a few mins walk from the studio.
