The shower dispensers will be stocked in the two upstairs bathroom with shampoo/bodywash/conditioner. You will be started with some kitchen supplies such as salt/pepper, starter ground coffee, some sugar packets and some stir sticks. Anything more, you will need to provide. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of a couple of locked supply closets. Other things to note Professionally hosted by OBX Sharp Stays: ✔ Beach equipment is provided. If chairs, umbrella, cooler or towels get broken or go missing, we will be asking for reimbursement of these items. Handle with care, do not use the umbrella when it is windy and be sure they are out of the car when you head home! ✔ There will be some complimentary beach towels for guest use. We welcome you to use these towels if you would like. We do ask, if you choose to use these, that they be washed/dried/folded and returned exactly as found. ✔ You might notice visits from our lawn care service between March and November. Their activities are limited to outdoor areas. ✔ Hurricane season is June to November, please see Airbnb policy regarding weather events: "Weather events, natural conditions, and diseases that are excluded from our Extenuating Circumstances Policy" There will be no refunds related to weather events.
