Other things to note Payments and security deposit If indicated, at the end of your stay the costs of electricity - and sometimes water - will be calculated separately and to be paid based on your actual consumption. Upon arrival you will be asked for a security deposit that will be blocked on your credit card. The card must be physically present and must be in your name. Don't worry: the amount will be automatically unblocked at the end of your stay, remember that the release times depend entirely on your bank. If damage or violations of the rules should occur we reserve the right to withhold a sum to cover any expenses.
