The space An amazing apartment with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a laundry center. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and exit to the terrace. The secondary bedroom also has a queen size bed and a work area. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TV, a closet, large space, and brightness for your comfort. The fully-equipped kitchen with Teka electric grill, stainless steel sinks with faucet, Huanacaxtle cabinets, appliances and cooking utensils so you can cook your food during your stay. Laundry room with washer and dryer, large living room with Smart TV and access to the private terrace. The rate includes $100 pesos of electricity per night, in case of exceeding this amount it will be paid at check out, the cost of the kwh is $5 pesos. Please follow the property rules, the most important are: COMMON AREAS To preserve the harmony of Cala Condos & Lofts and out of respect for everyone, please keep the volume moderate during the day and especially from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This includes pool area, common areas, terraces or hallways. • Hanging clothes, towels, etc. on the railings of terraces and hallways is not allowed. • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas (Only on the terrace) as long as you are not near people who do not like the smell of cigarettes. Illegal drugs are prohibited on the property. POOL RULES • Use of the pools is exclusively for owners and guests of Cala Condos & Lofts; from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you stay after 9:00 pm you must keep noise to a moderate level. Tenants are not allowed to bring guests into the pool area. • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult over 18 years of age. No running, diving, or rough play in the pools. • Do not climb or play in the fountains or lounge chairs • Glass containers, glassware, glasses and/or glass bottles are not allowed in the pool of the pools. Cans or plastic only. • Please do not eat inside the pool. Dispose of food and garbage properly to avoid ants and bees. • Do not use the pools under the influence of alcohol or drugs.• Proper swimwear is required. For health reasons, babies (and children in diapers) will be welcome in the pools, IF they wear WATERPROOF diapers. • Please shower before entering the pool to remove sand, sweat and/or product residue on the body. • When leaving the pool or Grill area, take your belongings with you. Items left on the loungers will be removed after 30 minutes and taken to Security. • NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY. Use of the pools and beach area is at your own risk.
