The accommodation consists of a large living room with a well-equipped open kitchen and 4 large bedrooms with their own private bathroom, an equipped terrace and garden. Two free parking spaces in the inner courtyard. The space The rooms enjoy good privacy, each has its own private bathroom. The kitchen and dining room are available for guests of the villa, as well as the patio and garden. The property reserves the right to access the garden and common areas for any gardening or maintenance work. Please do not enter the pony enclosure, and do not feed the pony. Guest access The living room and dining area, kitchen, patio, garden and bedrooms assigned upon arrival are at guests' complete disposal, in addition to the two parking spaces inside. The villa is spread over two floors; on the ground floor there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, the large living room with dining area, the kitchen and a bathroom; on the first floor is the fourth bedroom with bathroom. The patio and garden can be accessed from the large French window in the living room. On the lower floor of the villa, there is an apartment with an independent entrance, used by the staff. Guests of the villa are kindly requested not to go down to the lower floor, the stairs are closed with a gate. Other things to note * IMPORTANT* Each couple of guests is assigned a double room with a private bathroom.
