Highway entrance and San Raffaele 10 minutes by car, very convenient for visiting Milan while staying out of the confusion of the city center. The accommodation consists of a large living room with a well-equipped open kitchen and 4 large bedrooms with their own private bathroom, an equipped terrace and garden. Two free parking spaces in the inner courtyard. The space The rooms offer a good level of privacy, and each has its own private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are available for guests of the villa, as are the patio and garden. The property reserves the right to access the garden and common areas for any gardening or maintenance work. Guest access The living room and dining area, the kitchen, the patio, the garden, and the bedrooms assigned upon arrival are at guests' complete disposal, in addition to the two indoor parking spaces. The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living room with a dining area, and the kitchen. On the first floor, there is the fourth bedroom with a bathroom. The large French door in the living room leads to the patio and garden. On the lower floor of the villa, there is an apartment with a separate entrance, which is used by the staff. Guests of the villa are kindly asked not to go down to the lower floor; the stairs are closed off with a gate.
