Welcome to our luxury waterfront retreat on the Hood Canal! Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature with abundant outdoor spaces right on the water. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our 1200 sq ft. property has it all, with hot tub, firepit, yard, water toys and an incredible arcade room and projector setup. We have recently renovated and have moved to a new listing that reflects the changes, please check out our new and improved listing! The space PROPERTY FEATURES: ☀ Directly on the Hood Canal waterfront with private beach. ☀ Arcade with foosball and 2 retro gaming systems. ☀ Large outdoor space with firepit and 2 decks. ☀ Dog friendly: up to 2 dogs and no pet fees! ☀ Year-round covered hot tub. ☀ Water toys, paddleboard, and kayak (seasonal). ☀ 2 King beds plus additional convertible twin-to-king bed. ☀ 1200 sq. ft: up to 9 occupancy but most optimal for 6 adults max. ☀ Gorgeous water views throughout the property. ☀ Projector system for movie nights and watching the game. ☀ Wildlife viewing (loons, eagles, orcas, seals, herons) Spend the day out on the water, make dinner while watching the waves, hop in the hot tub and then spend the night watching movies on our projector or enjoying the arcade. Retreat to cozy king-sized beds with premium hotel-quality linens. The property is off of a private drive and is away from the highway: unlike many other homes in the area you will have ample parking and no highway noise. -- WATERFRONT ACCESS -- We are directly on the water and offer water toys including a kayak, paddleboard, and floaties in the summer (late May-Sept), along with life jackets for adults and children. Our firepit is right on the water for year-round enjoyment of the beach. -- OUTDOOR AMENITIES -- Enjoy the water views from two spacious decks (upper and lower level of house), complete with a grill and cozy seating, or enjoy our lawn for picnics and lawn games. Our covered hot tub is steps from the house with water views and hangout spaces. We have completely revamped our outdoor spaces in December 2023 to ensure better yard maintenance and setup. -- BEDROOMS -- The cabin has 3 bedrooms and pull-out sofas in both living rooms. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has a bathroom nearby. The ground floor bedrooms have a king bed and 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed (we have a converter kit with a gap filler and straps). Both bedrooms have premium hotel-quality mattresses and linens that are new from 2023. The pull-outs can accommodate 1-2 people each. For the best experience we recommend 6 adults maximum, but with the pull-out couches we can sleep 9 total. --LIVING AND DINING-- Enjoy water views in the upscale retro-inspired living and dining. Our kitchen provides all the essentials for cooking. --BATHROOM-- The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is glamorous and newly renovated in 2023. The ground floor bathroom has a standing shower. Guest access Access: The property is down a private drive. The door is accessed via August smart lock, you will receive a code in advance. In slower seasons we may lock the gate to the private road and lockbox info will be provided. The property has two units, your unit is the white and black home (Unit A). Your parking will be labelled and shared via map, please ensure all members of your party have the correct parking instructions. The units are separated via fencing and privacy hedges for privacy. Community: Please respect our wonderful neighbors by respecting quiet hours from 11PM-8AM. If you are outdoors during these times please use quiet voices and refrain from playing music or other loud noises. Other things to note We are family friendly! Amenities for kids include: kids' utensils, board games, and some small toys. Note that our yard is open and the beach can be dangerous, so Due to the wooded area and garden, we occasionally may have insects wander into the home including sugar ants and house flies. Because we are dog friendly we do not use harsh pesticides chemicals outside, and as a trade-off the insects are thriving. Please do not leave food out on countertops, as it will attract ants from the outdoors who have a tendency to find their way in through the cracks despite our high cleaning standards. Spiders are common and will also find their way inside. This is a newly-renovated but older home, which is subject to some older home quirks like minor rattling during storms. For security, we have two outdoor cameras on the property facing the road/parking area and beach.
