Tiny garden house

In our converted garage, you will feel like you are in a tiny house with all the comforts. The spacious kitchen has various appliances. On the ground floor, there is a lovely sofa bed. Read the description carefully: On the loft, there is a double bed (140×200). Please note! The loft is very low and not suitable for less mobile people! For 1 to 3/4 people (2 adults, 2 children), 4 adults it is too small for, but is possible if you know each other well. Downstairs 17 m2, loft 9 m2. However, it is very small. The loft is low (120cm) and not accessible to less mobile people and small children, there is no fall protection. The loft is accessed by a sliding staircase/ ladder. If you know each other well or are family, most of you are fine with the space. Please keep this in mind. When booking, we revisit our guests on the size of the space to avoid disappointment. breakfast can be booked extra on request. Costs 10 euros per adult, 5 euros per child up to 12 years. If we are not present, unfortunately no breakfast can be booked. In the fridge there are several wine, with and without alcohol and prosecco. The used bottles will be charged to you on subsequent costing. You can pay this in cash or via a payment request. Guest access Own facilities. The accommodation is used only by you. All goods in the accommodation are for your use except specifically indicated. You will receive the key from us. In our absence, there is a key locker. Please lock the accommodation and garden gate on departure. A beautiful footpath of about 35 km around Hilversum where you walk through forest, heath and buildings. The route is well marked and can be found online. If you come by public transportation, take bus line 104 from Hilversum station and get off at the "Dennenlaan" stop. From the stop, it is a 1-minute walk to the accommodation. You can also take bus line 102, then get off at "Oscar Romero laan." From this stop, it is about 10 minutes' walk. By public transportation, you will be in Amsterdam or Utrecht in about 1 hour. You travel to both cities via Hilversum. In case of late arrival at Hilversum station, we recommend taking a taxi, the taxi ride takes about 10 minutes and will cost between 25 and 30 euros for 4 people The cottage is best suited for 1-2 people. The sofa bed on the ground floor is 140x200. Two adults can sleep here, note the size of the bed. On the mezzanine there is a bed of the same size, 140x200. This is very suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. The loft is low, about 120 cm. The sofa bed has a memory foam top mattress and the loft bed is a memory and cold foam mattress with slatted base. Both are comfortable. If you make a request for more than two people, we will again draw your attention to the sleeping arrangement. We do this to avoid disappointment. We have a chicken that pretends to be a rooster ;-). If you want to sleep in, we will make sure that the chicken is housed elsewhere during the night, if possible please indicate in advance. Dogs are warmly welcome. A water bowl and feeding bowl are ready for your four-legged friend, as well as a simple rug to sleep on. Dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the accommodation, not even in a kennel. Because we have chickens and cats, please keep the dog on a leash if it is not used to cats or chickens. Please keep the dog out of the borders and do not let it dig. About 3 minutes' walk away is the forest, where dogs (provided they are on a leash) can run free and there are endless kilometers of hiking trails available.
