You will have plenty of parking for two vehicles on the front side of the lake house. Guests will have access to the entire acre of lakefront property which includes a lakeside fire pit with chairs, hammock, BBQ with seating, and plenty of shoreline to walk. 30A Beach 'N' Ski House is accessed via private road off of Sugar Drive in Santa Rosa Beach. The acre long entrance beautifully displays the lake front property all the way to your private parking area. With the lake on one side and a state forest on the other, your stay is sure to be private and peaceful. You will have parking space for two vehicles in front of the house.
