Ft. condo, counting 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms, a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a private balcony to watch beautiful sunsets. Our home is ready to be the main scenario of your dreamy vacation! The space ★ STARTER KIT ★ We offer a starter kit as a courtesy: - 2 Toilet papers per bathroom - 1 Small Soap Bar per bathroom - 2 Trash bags - 1 Dish soap - 1 Sponge - 2 Dishwasher pod - 1 Paper towel - 1 Bag of Coffee powder - Coffee filters - Salt - Pepper - 1 Laundry detergent The quantity above is provided only for your first day of stay. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Other things to note ★ PLEASE KEEP IN MIND ★ - Check-in is at 4PM / Check-out is at 10AM. - Pets are NOT allowed. - Smoking is NOT allowed. - The entrance to the complex is gated. - The unit offers a grill. The guest who wants to use the grill must notify the team at least 3 days before arrival and pay the handling fee of $50.
