Price for the 5th and 6th person is €39 per person per day. Children (2-12) as 5th and 6th person pay a reduced price. The space Architect's house from the 1960s, completely renovated in 2016, with two double rooms and 2 single rooms, 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, large living-dining room, kitchen, covered balcony and two terraces. Heated outdoor pool (12 x 3 m, 140 cm water depth), heated to 27° with solar energy and heat pump, only in the months of May to September. Guest access The house is available to the tenants for their exclusive use. The pool can only be used from May to October. Other things to note Hillside location with fantastic views, access via 86 steps and elevator for luggage, bicycle storage boxes and large parking on the property.
