A truly magical cocoon in Val-David in the Laurentians. Enjoy great comfort and an excellent location! The accommodation is just a 3-minute drive (15-minute walk) from the center of the beautiful village of Val-David. The house is located right in front of an entrance to the Val-David/Val-Morin Regional Park. You will have immediate access to all outdoor activities (hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, climbing, cycling) and several alpine ski mountains nearby. The space The accommodation contains: Two bedrooms (A very large windowed bedroom with a queen bed and a normal sized bedroom with a double bed), A large living/dining room with an open plan kitchen and bar, a bathroom with a large bathtub, a laundry room in the basement. Outside there is a nice plot with riprap and access from behind to trails in the woods. Changes can be made to the location of the furniture and the layout of the rooms according to your needs! Guest access You will have access to all parts of the accommodation except for a room in the basement that will be used as storage. Other things to note The living room has a fireplace with a slow burning stove. You can use it to enjoy a comforting fire in winter. Firewood is not included with the booking but we can discuss it if this is an option that interests you. In any case, the electric heating is very well distributed and there is a central heating system in the basement. During the winter, snow removal service is included in the booking!
