The space “Home away from home” is the American concept under which Urban Suites was born. Its convenient location near downtown Santa Cruz de la Sierra and a few blocks from the CAINCO towers is ideal for our main audience, business people. Some of these people visit the city for a couple of days and others stay for up to a couple of months. Urban Suites targets these types of people by offering them maximum comfort and luxury to make them feel at home. We know that these business people have a tight schedule and busy days, for this reason here at Urban Suites we pamper them by providing apartment cleaning service as if they were in a Hotel and some snacks in the minibar (additional cost) for those hours of wakefulness at night while they finish a project or presentation. Guest access Guests will have daily room cleaning service, in case of medium and long-term stays the sheets will be changed twice a week. All guests can use the common areas: Pool, Jacuzzi and gym without prior reservation. To use the barbecue grills and multimedia room, a reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
