The home was built in 2018 and located on the 3rd floor in a building with an elevator right outside the unit door. Your screened in lanai overlooks a body of water and the golf course. The unit is fully furnished with central air throughout. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island, Corsori air fryer, toaster, keurig machine, water/cube dispenser on the fridge, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates, wine glasses & wine opener. There is a first aid kid under the sink in the kitchen/ in the linen closet. Head to the beach with ease with 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs & beach towels for your use. The living room has one TV and the guest bedroom has the other TV. The bedrooms have a queen bed with a NECTAR mattress (amazing mattress!) in each. The couch in the living room has a pull-out couch with additional sheets, pillows, and blankets available. Lakewood National features 2 Championship golf courses each rated in the Top 50 public courses in Florida and where the PGA Tour (Korn Ferry) plays the Suncoast Classic tournament. The amenities and community is absolutely beautiful. Walking paths throughout the community. Satellite pool next to the condo building. Large community pool at the clubhouse with a tiki bar on site. One new clubhouse newly built has 2 new restaurants on site. There are 8 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with a tennis ball machine court with automatic ball retrieval, driving range, 4 pickleball courts, 2 Har-Tru bocce courts, a gated community with 24-hour security, 24-hour fitness center, full-service spa, aerobics classes, locker room and sauna. Disclosures/rules/policies: To use all of the amenities at Lakewood National, there is a one time community fee of $600+tax that is to be paid to the management association separate from the rental price listed here for stays over 28 days. This non-refundable community fee gives you access to the amenities, including golf, minus the greens fees, community pool, satellite pool, car transponder to get in and out of the gate, pickleball, driving range, and fitness center. This fee & “Transfer of Membership/Lease” form must be paid/processed to/by the community management office 14 days prior to arrival. It can be paid over the phone to them by credit card. After booking you will receive instructions from me on the form to fill out and the office number to call. I will need a photo of your drivers license, year/make/model/plate number of your vehicle and your email addresses at this time. Access to the secured amenities is available with your Member ID card. Pets are not allowed. Unfortunately, the owner is extremely allergic. Smoking on property is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee and will result in me requesting you to terminate your stay. Guests acknowledge that from time to time, we may need to make repairs or improve the property. We will do our best to communicate to guests ahead of time if these inconveniences are expected to be present.
