This ground floor space is level-entry with direct street access from Diggers Parade. The studio has been furnished with two queen beds, lounge and dining areas, kitchenette, and separate bathroom with shower. You'll be walking distance to the Anglesea River, main beach, local surf shop and cafés. The space The studio is an open-plan space with living and dining areas, two queen beds, flat screen TV, and ample storage including drawers. There is a separate kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. Linens, towels and bathroom amenities are provided. Guest access Street parking is available at the front of the studio with direct access. Diggers Parade is just one street back from the riverbank and Great Ocean Road. The studio is located on the ground floor of a townhouse but the apartments are accessed separately. Other things to note As the studio is connected to the above townhouse, the space is not fully soundproof however there are no shared amenities.
