The kitchenette is well equipped with an under-counter fridge with freezer compartment, microwave-grill, air-fryer, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and a two-ring electric hob, ideal for breakfasts and light meals. The space The bathroom features a walk-in electric shower with overhead and handheld options, toilet, hand basin and a heated towel rail. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a small welcome selection of tea, coffee, sugar and basic cleaning essentials. A Smart TV with Freeview and access to your own streaming apps is available, along with good wireless broadband throughout, provided at no extra cost. Electricity and heating are included in the price, and an electric fan is also provided. There is one allocated parking space beside the property, with a pay and display car park nearby for additional vehicles or visitors. This property is dog friendly, welcoming one to two small or medium-sized dogs, or a single large dog, for a supplement of GBP 20 each. Guests are asked to bring their own dog bedding, bowls, food and towels, and to keep pets off the furniture and bedding; an outside tap is available for washing dogs down after walks. Due to its harbour-side location, the studio is unsuitable for children under 11, and maximum occupancy is two people, so the property can accommodate one adult and one child aged 11 or over, always supervised. The property is suitable for guests with restricted mobility but is not wheelchair accessible. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the property. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Guests are asked to leave the property clean and tidy to ensure it is ready for the next arrivals.
