7 km from Uzerche "la perle du Limousin",you will like this new space of our family farmhouse. Completely renovated in 2023, it allows you to stay quietly in a soothing and comfortable place. We have arranged it to feel good and wishing that vacationers could share this feeling of well-being,whatever the season. The garden makes it easy to isolate, enjoy the pool from April to October, just nature the rest of the time. The space The accommodation is accessible by its own entrance on one level. A bedroom (bed 140) with ensuite bathroom/toilet is also accessible on one level. A staircase of 5 steps leads to the main room of 60m2. This room is also open directly to the garden by a 230 cm glass window. For people with reduced mobility possibility to use an electric person lift from the entrance and bedroom from the ground floor to the main room. The other 2 bedrooms ( one with 140 bed,the other with a bed of 160 and 2 pull-out beds of 80) are upstairs and share a separate bathroom and toilet. From the cottage,view of the garden and the countryside with cows and birds as neighbors. Baby soccer (indoors) and ping pong table (outside) available. New!since 2025 a 2nd private terrace of 25 m2 with dining area, garden view and direct access to the pool Guest access Our longhouse is divided into 2 independent spaces: our house and the gite. The entrances are separate. The laundry area dedicated to the cottage (washing machine and laundry lines) is in one of the outbuildings ( access from the outside facing the pool). The garden and swimming pool have free access. The electricity consumption and the supply of wood for the stove are included in the rental price Linens (bed linen and towels) are provided. Hiking trails from the house with several possible routes. Tennis and pétanque courts in the village (2km). Canoe base in Uzerche. Many lakes and streams easily accessible with the possibility of swimming in a bucolic setting but also fishing in season. "Pale green" routes referenced for bike rides also from the house Ideal location to visit Brive la Gaillarde, Tulle and Limoges ( 40 min drive) , Pompadour the City of the Horse, Haute Corrèze and its Millevache plateau. The Lot( Rocamadour, Padirac...) , the Gorges de la Dordogne and the Périgord vert are about 1 hour 15 minutes away. The nearest railway station is Uzerche (direct trains to and from Paris),possibility to pick up non-vehicle vacationers. 2 airports 1 hour away: Limoges and Brive la Gaillarde. Clermont-Ferrand, Toulouse and Bordeaux about 2h15 drive away. Superette and the nearest bar are in the village (2 km) , all shops in Uzerche (7km). Free car parking Possibility to park and charge your bikes in an outbuilding that locks, also possibility to rent electric bikes or.... vintage mopeds a few km away. Other things to note You can find one of the rooms for rent in the form of a bed and breakfast (the one on the ground floor) on the AirbnB website. This solution is chosen exclusively for the periods during which the cottage is not rented. You will be the only vacationers of the place, for the sake of comfort and independence.
