7 km from Uzerche "the pearl of Limousin", you will enjoy this new space in our family farmhouse. Completely renovated in 2023, it allows you to stay in a quiet, soothing and comfortable place. We have furnished it to feel good and hoping that vacationers can share this feeling of well-being, regardless of the season. The garden allows you to easily isolate yourself, to enjoy the pool from April to October, and nature the rest of the time. The space The accommodation is accessible through its own single-level entrance. One bedroom (140-cm bed) with an en-suite bathroom/toilet is also accessible on one level. A staircase with 5 steps leads to the main room of 60 m2. This room also opens directly onto the garden through a 230-cm bay window. For people with reduced mobility, there is the possibility of using an electric lift from the entrance and the ground-floor bedroom to the main room. The 2 other bedrooms (one with a 140-cm bed, the other with a 160-cm bed and 2 80-cm pull-out beds) are upstairs and share a bathroom and separate toilets. Both are air-conditioned. From the gîte, there are views of the garden and the countryside, with cows and birds as neighbors. Table football, darts (indoors) and ping pong table (outdoors) available. Guest access Our farmhouse is divided into 2 independent spaces: our house and the gîte. The entrances are separate. The laundry area dedicated to the gîte (washing machine and laundry line) is located in one of the outbuildings (access from the outside facing the pool). The garden and pool are open access.
