The space For the comfort of our guests, the studio offers: - 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, double sofa bed, and flat-screen TV; - Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, pots, dishes, and utensils; - Dining area with table and 2 chairs; - 1 full bathroom; - Hotel-quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - 1 covered parking space (5x3). * IMPORTANT: The pool is available for use exclusively during stays longer than 15 days. * ATTENTION: The use of the condominium's laundry is not permitted for guests. * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If guests desire an extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the indicated number of guests.
