The house is attentive to sustainability and adheres to the Love Sustainability project The space Da Garibaldi is a spacious apartment measuring approximately 85 square meters, located on the third floor of a renovated historic building in the center of Lecco, spread over three levels. Until well after the mid-20th century, the building was used as a hotel: the Hotel Croce di Malta has hosted famous personalities and political figures from Italian history within its walls, including the poet Giosuè Carducci and, on several occasions, General Giuseppe Garibaldi... Upon entering, there is a bright living room characterized by a large deco window and a kitchen area, fully equipped, separable from the living room with sliding glass doors. On the first level, which is an attic space, there is a large double bedroom with a king-size bed, which can be converted into two single beds if needed, a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed if needed, and a bathroom with a large shower. On the second and top floor, which is accessed from the bedroom with single beds, there is a relaxation/study room with a queen-size bed, available for a fifth guest. Guest access The condominium has an elevator and access to the apartment includes some steps. The building where the apartment is located is in the city's historic center, a ZTL (restricted traffic zone). It is not directly accessible by personal vehicle.
