The space This very comfortable spacious cypress log siding cabin, is centrally located to all major cities or attractions that the Smoky Mountains Offers. Overlooks Little Tennessee River, offers fishing, swimming, kayaking, tubing & rafting. Very minimum traffic rural road separates property and river. Our Boundary includes 50' into river and river bank. Can easily walk across road. Maintained river bank for fishing and just relaxing. A one bedroom, one bath, to accommodate up to 3/4. Large smart TV in the living room and bedroom. Newly remodeled bathroom with washer and dryer, shower/tub and tile floors. Private entrance from mud room and side deck. Bedroom is cozy and comfortable. King size bed with cozy bedding. Large smart T.V. on the wall. Windows for outside views. Private access to bathroom and laundry. Ceiling fan & original hardwood floors. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare any meal. K-Cup coffee maker hot or cold can be brewed. Granite counter tops & center portable island. Wrap around gas fireplace into living room. Back door opens into enclosed porch/mud room. Table seating up to 4 people. Enjoy meals as you are gazing out to the sights and sounds of God's own masterpiece of beauty and peace. Living Room has a 50'' Smart Tv, Leather couch with pullout queen size bed. Lamps for a relaxing ambience. Soothing colors & cottage like décor. Wrap around fire place for those cool nights. Cedar chest filled with bedding for foldout single bed ( request if need) Views from the living room are beautiful. Guest access This cabin is not only comfy and relaxing, but has everything needed for Fun! Hot Tub is on the backside of cabin on the wrap around porch, private & with gorgeous view. One entrance into the cabin is off the wrap around porch near the hot tub. Rocking chairs & outdoor dining on the wrap around porch with a semi covered roof & 3 areas of access into cabin. 2 wide steps up from the side of the front porch exiting the large 2-3 vehicle parking. Also 2 higher stone steps from front of porch. Open fire-pit just to the side/front porch. Chairs for seating around the fire pit. Across the street fishing off the bank is accessible( license required to fish off the bank) Or tie up a raft or tube and swim right there at the bottom of the property. Water flow varies, but you will float down the river if not tied up. Kayak & Canoe rental nearby. Other things to note The Sparrows Nest cabin is at foot of a small mountain. Although private, it is not secluded. A couple homes near by with friendly home owners. Just 15 miles or less from downtown Franklin, Hospital, major restaurants or major shopping chains.
