This will allow you to settle in earlier and make the most of your stay as soon as you arrive. - Late checkout: You'll have the option to leave the apartment at 12pm for an additional €15, 2pm for €30 or 3:30pm for €40 instead of the originally scheduled 10am. In order for us to be able to get organized, it is imperative that you choose these options when you book. This gives you more time to relax and organize your things before you leave. Other things to note Our apartments are furnished tourist properties and are not comparable to hotel rooms. The few negative reviews we've received are due to a misunderstanding on the part of guests who haven't taken into account that we don't offer any hotel services. We do not charge a cleaning fee, which is why we ask you to return the apartment in the same tidy and clean condition as you found it on arrival. Bed linen (duvet covers, pillowcases and fitted sheets) as well as towels (100 cm x 50 cm) are available in the apartment. However, beds will need to be made upon arrival and unmade upon departure. You have the option to bring your own bed linen if you wish, in this case please provide 80 cm x 200 cm sets. Please also note that there is no Wi-Fi connection available, that it is forbidden to install a hot tub in the apartment, and that parties are strictly prohibited.
