1-room apartment in new building as an annex apartment with separate entrance. It is very central, right in the heart of Diepholz. The train station is only about 15 minutes' walk. Also the indoor pool and the school center with the private university are just a few steps away. The apartment has a living/bedroom, with a box spring bed (160 x 200) and direct access to the terrace, walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with small dining area. Excursion destinations: Dümmer (about 11 km by bike) Dammer and Stemweder mountains Guest access Our guests have a private entrance with a private kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a living/sleeping room with direct access to the terrace. Other things to note The kitchen has only a small fridge and a small dining area. This is equipped with a folding table. There is a charging station for electric vehicles in the parking lot. The use is billed at 20 cents/kWh.
