BEDROOMS: The master bedroom, with pond views, features a king bed, an en-suite with a large shower, and a 65” TV. All bedrooms offer queen beds, premium linens, and 65” TVs for a restful sleep. KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen boasts new appliances and is fully stocked. Our coffee bar includes a Nespresso machine for your morning brew. LIVING & DINING: The Pond House accommodates large groups with two living areas, each with a gas fireplace, and two dining settings. A spacious main living room with a large TV is perfect for creating memories. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property, including the main house, the detached guest suite, the game room, the screened pool, the patio, and all outdoor living areas. The pond and surrounding grounds are for viewing and relaxing only (no swimming or fishing). A few owner storage closets are locked and not accessible to guests. Other things to note Wildlife Notice – Natural Pond Area Our pond is part of Florida’s natural ecosystem and is occasionally visited by a small local alligator. He is not aggressive and usually stays in or near the water, but for everyone’s safety:    •   Do not feed the alligator    •   Do not approach or attempt to touch    •   Do not throw objects into the pond    •   No swimming or fishing in the pond    •   Please supervise children and pets at all times near the water During warmer months, he may rest on the edge of the pond to sunbathe. This is very common in Florida and completely safe as long as these simple rules are respected.
