In summary: - 4 bedrooms with quality bedding - 2 bathrooms (1 Italian shower, 1 bathtub) - 2 toilets - quiet space, without overcrowding Bedroom composition: Ground floor - Bedroom 1: 160 cm double bed (or 2 separate 80 cm beds) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90 cm non-twin + pull-out bed - Bedroom 3: 1 bed 90 cm + 1 child bunk bed = sleeps 3 90 cm FLOOR - bedroom 4: double bed 200 cm + 1 bed 90 cm (or 3 beds) The space Dear Guests, Our cottage is a renovated farm located in a quiet, very green area. On the GROUND FLOOR are: - a dining room - spacious kitchen, a real living room perfectly exposed (north-south crossing) with central island and professional cooking piano (5 gas burners, 90 cm oven) and everything necessary for lovers of good cooking. Microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. - a living room with library and large fireplace (and wood available for free) will allow you to warm up during cool evenings. During the Christmas holidays a decorated tree will be installed. - a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron - a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet - bathroom with bathtub - a separate toilet - 3 bedrooms Composition of the ground floor bedrooms: - double bedroom with 160 cm bed - bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm and pull-out bed of 80 cm - bedroom with 1 single bed and a bunk bed, so 3 beds of 90 cm Upstairs is a large bedroom/playroom in which are installed 2 beds of 100 cm (separate or twin for a double bed of 200 cm) as well as another single bed of 90 cm The house is very well equipped with childcare equipment: highchair, bathtub, changing table, baby dishes, not to mention children's toys. Around the house and its outbuildings, there is a large wooded area and an orchard lined with meadows and woods. A large lawn allows football, rugby or badminton enthusiasts to have fun. In summer, an outdoor table is installed to enjoy the sun and the fresh air. And the barbecue! The house overlooks a dead-end road with very little traffic, a guarantee of tranquility and security. We are located in an ideal area for countryside walks as well as cultural and sporting activities. Zoos, castles, golf courses, exceptional places are located a short distance from the house. We are happy to give you ideas if you wish. Housekeeping supplement: €150. The beds will be made, towels are provided. Guest access The entire property is at your disposal. The buildings around the house belong to us and are not rented: you will therefore be in peace. The place is ideal for hiking (on foot or by bike) in the area, relaxing in the countryside, nature stay. The house is located 30 min from Laval (TGV station), 45 min from Angers, 1 hour from Le Mans and close to the many castles of the Loire. The nearest: Château de Craon, 8 km away, nicknamed the "little Versailles of Mayenne", offers tours and many activities. Remember to check before you go. A supermarket is accessible 1.5 km away in Laigné. Excellent food shops are grouped in Château-Gontier. Other things to note Enjoy a decorated Biel Christmas tree during the holidays. Relax in front of the fireplace with wood provided (1st fire offered, it is possible to provide you with extra logs on request). Local activities: discover the splendid Château de Craon, its park and its orangery just 10 km away. Discover also the medieval castles (Plessis-Bourré, Plessis-Macé, Mortiercrolles) and the Loire Castles (Baugé, Angers). Do you like to see animals? Destination zoos: Refuge de l'Arche in Château-Gontier (9 km) or larger further away with the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo.
